The Proposition: Resolved: The nation should begin to phase out site-based public schools for regular education grades 7-12. Instead, learning should be mainly home based. Public school students should be provided with laptop computers, master teachers, and monitored on-line assessments to gauge learning. District supervisors will monitor and assess progress. Sports and all other extra-curricular activities will be town based.
